For some reason i can’t get access the catalog. I registered the product but never received an email with the unlock code. I just need to figure out how to get all those pictures into my document or pictures folder.

All you have to do is plug in your Nano
Right click on the desktop and select New>Folder to create a new folder or you can click on Pictures and leave this folder open.
Click on My Computer
Select the removable device which is your Nano
Select and highlight the pictures you want and drag and drop them to your new/pictures folder
Now when your pictures are in the new folder you can put them any where you want like the picture folder
